In brief, you should know the following about us: the company was established as Innovation Resources in 1991 and has developed a reputation for Innovation in the procurement and supply of Public Services. Founded by Dr George Deacon, founding Director of Oxford Science Park, our projects have included the development of new contracting strategies for service delivery in Social and Health Care, software development, the creation of Business Angel Funding Networks and the development of Innovation Centres. Our educational software "Performance Tracker" was developed with input from Isobel Deacon BA, PGCE an experienced Primary School Teacher who also implemented the testing and piloting of the system.
